A Vijaydashmi with a difference!

Happy Dussehra Everyone 🙂

May all the bad in your lives be conquered by the good !!

Navratri this year was very different. We girls at office decided to dress up in significant colors for the nine days.. So the first day was blue, then yellow, green, grey, orange, white, red, purple, pink…. It was fun 😀

Today we visited the ancient temple of Bhuleshwar Mahadev.. its a 900 year old temple… Bhuleshwar has a mythological & historical significance. Originally , it was a fort which was called as ‘Mangalgadh’. It is said that Devi Parvati danced for Lord Shiva and from here they went to Kailash and got married.

Next we went to the Chintamani Ashtvinayak…. It was one of a kind experience.

Enjoyed it despite the hot weather.

Few pics from the Bhuleshwar Mahadev temple…. Hope you’d enjoy the architecture of the lovely ancient place. You’d notice how some of these sculptures have been broken by the mughal emperors.
